Israeli Aggression in Gaza: 45 More Palestinians Martyred

Gaza (  Web News  )

As a result of continued Israeli aggression in Gaza, 45 more Palestinians have been martyred. According to reporters from the Palestinian Information Center, since Sunday morning, occupying Israeli aircraft have carried out dozens of airstrikes across various parts of Gaza, killing numerous unarmed Palestinians and injuring dozens more.

In the southeastern part of Gaza City, on Wadi Al-Arais Street in the Zaytoun neighborhood, an Israeli drone strike martyred one civilian. Similarly, in the popular “Zawiya” market in eastern Gaza, occupying forces attacked a group of civilians, resulting in the martyrdom of one person and injuries to several others. In the Tuffah neighborhood of the city, five Palestinians were martyred and others critically injured when an airstrike targeted a house.

In Rafah’s “Mawasi” area, near a U.S.-supported aid center where starving and dehydrated civilians had gathered for help, indiscriminate firing was carried out. At least four people were martyred in this brutal attack, including a young child, Bilal Muhammad Abdul Ghafour. Other martyrs included Muhammad Muhammad Abu Mustafa, Ahmad Ruhi Al-Jazzar, and one unidentified individual. Another child, Bilal Muhammad Nabil Abdul Ghafour, also lost his life during this attack on aid-seeking civilians.

In the southern Khan Younis region, the body of a martyred woman was recovered from the Karaj Rafah area. Simultaneous airstrikes were conducted in the eastern part of Jabalia and the Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City.

The occupying Israeli forces have issued new orders for citizens in northern Gaza and Gaza City to evacuate their homes and migrate to the Mawasi area in Rafah — essentially leaving them with no place to live or means to survive. In the Zaytoun neighborhood, a dawn airstrike targeted the Azam family home near the “Daloul” petrol station, killing two innocent children and injuring several others. Further bombardments in the area injured many more civilians.

Artillery shelling was also carried out on the Khatibah and Shari Khams areas in Khan Younis. In the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza, the home of the Abu Muhammad family was targeted, resulting in multiple injuries. Eastern neighborhoods of Tuffah and Jabalia saw shelling that flattened more residential buildings. Residential structures in Rafah’s Mawasi area and central Khan Younis were turned into rubble.

In the western areas of Khan Younis — specifically Beer Zanoon and Al-Shaer — a tent was attacked, resulting in five martyrs: Amir Ziyad Abu Ma’rouf, Qasim Iyad Abu Ma’rouf, Muhasin Mahdi Abu Ma’rouf, Safa Hassan Abu Ma’rouf, and Manh Ziyad Abu Ma’rouf. An airstrike was also carried out on Al-Mansour Road in Shuja’iyya.

Near Samer Square in Gaza City, a tent sheltering displaced Palestinians was targeted, injuring several. In the northwestern Khan Younis area, airstrikes were conducted at midnight.

Under U.S. patronage, Israel continues this genocide, which has so far resulted in the martyrdom of 56,412 Palestinians, with 133,054 injured. Over 11,000 people are missing, and due to extreme famine, dozens more lives have been lost. More than two million Palestinians have been forcibly displaced, and the entire Gaza Strip lies in ruins.
