In the first quarter of the fiscal year, ICT exports reached $1.057 billion, marking a record increase of $180 million. According to a spokesperson for the Ministry of IT, ICT exports have taken the lead in the services economy.
From July to September (FY 2026), ICT exports totaled $1.057 billion, showing an increase of $180 million (20.5%). In September 2025, ICT exports rose by 25.3%, reaching $366 million.
During July to September 2025, the ICT industry achieved a trade surplus of $953 million, reflecting a 24.6% increase compared to $765 million last year.
Among all services sectors, ICT remains the only industry to achieve the highest trade surplus. ICT exports continue to account for 48% of total services exports, while other business services ranked second with $474 million.
