Israeli forces announced on Saturday that they had carried out nearly 120 airstrikes on the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours. Meanwhile, according to Israeli broadcasters, more than 800,000 Palestinians have fled Gaza City.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that during the last 24 hours, 77 Palestinians were martyred and 356 injured as a result of Israel’s brutal attacks. Among the martyrs were three individuals whose bodies were pulled out from under the rubble.
According to the ministry, just yesterday, 17 Palestinians were martyred and 89 wounded in hospitals as a result of Israeli strikes targeting people who had gone out in search of aid. This raised the total number of martyrs seeking food and supplies to 2,560, while the injured exceeded 18,703.
The statement further noted that the names of another 300 people were added to the list of martyrs after a judicial committee completed gathering their full details and formally registered them as martyrs.
According to the Ministry of Health, since March 18, 2025, up until today, 13,060 Palestinians have been martyred and 55,742 injured as a result of Israel’s aggression. Since the start of this large-scale Israeli offensive on October 7, 2023, the total number of martyrs has reached 65,926, while the injured have climbed to 167,783.
The ministry also stressed that a large number of Palestinian bodies still remain under the rubble and on the streets. However, due to ongoing Israeli attacks and the blockade, ambulances and civil defense teams are unable to reach them, further worsening the humanitarian tragedy.
