According to Al Jazeera TV, at least 84 Palestinians have been killed and 338 others injured in fresh Israeli attacks. Gaza’s Ministry of Health reported that in the past 24 hours alone, at least 17 people searching for aid were killed and 174 injured. The total number of Palestinians killed while seeking aid has now risen to 2,356, with at least 17,244 wounded in such incidents.

Since Israel launched its war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, the overall death toll has climbed to 64,231, while 161,583 have been injured. The humanitarian crisis continues to worsen due to famine and acute food shortages. The Ministry of Health confirmed that in the past 24 hours, three more Palestinians died of hunger, raising the total number of starvation-related deaths to 370, including 131 children.

In Thursday’s early morning strikes, Israel killed 31 Palestinians, 20 of them in Gaza City alone. Israeli forces targeted a tent sheltering displaced families on Al-Ayoun Street, wounding several civilians. In eastern Gaza’s Zaytoun neighborhood, multiple homes were destroyed in air raids. In Shuja’iyya, the Hajazi family home was bombed, injuring many and leaving others trapped under rubble. Heavy bombardment also hit Tel al-Tuffah, Al-Saftawi, Zaytoun, Sabra, and surrounding areas.

Near Rafah, Israeli shelling close to aid distribution centers killed three Palestinians, one identified as Mohammed Rasmi Ouda Qdeih. In Nuseirat camp, seven members of the Abu al-Eish family were killed when their tent was bombed, including four children:

Adnan Shahada Abu al-Eish (56) Mu’in Adel Abu al-Eish (38) Sabreen Musa Abu Murai (35) Mohammed Adnan (15) Anas Mu’in (11) Adam Mu’in (8) Adnan Khalil (7)

In Khan Younis and other areas of Gaza, more tents and homes were hit, with many women and children among the dead and wounded. In Sabra neighborhood, a pregnant woman and her infant child were killed. Dozens of injured were rushed to hospitals. North of Khan Younis, entire homes were demolished in explosions. In eastern Deir al-Balah, near Kissufim, Israeli forces shot and killed Muhaimen Ghazi Shaheen.

The destruction in Gaza is staggering: 88% of all buildings have been destroyed, including 149 schools, universities, and educational institutions, 828 mosques completely leveled and 167 partially damaged, and even 19 cemeteries demolished. The financial cost of the devastation has exceeded $62 billion, while Israeli forces now control 77% of Gaza’s territory.
