Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan agree to enhance cooperation in crypto and blockchain

Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan have agreed to enhance cooperation in the field of crypto and blockchain technologies. In this regard, a high-level video conference was held between Minister of State for Crypto and Blockchain Bilal Bin Saqib and Kyrgyzstan’s Director of the National Investment Agency, Farkhat Aminov.
During the video conference, detailed discussions were held on cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital finance. Both countries emphasized the exchange of information, experiences, and best practices through Kyrgyzstan’s National Investment Agency. Kyrgyzstan expressed the importance of innovation in digital assets and cooperation in developing regulatory frameworks in this sector.
On this occasion, Bilal Bin Saqib said that both countries share a strategic vision for the development of virtual assets, and Pakistan proposes signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for formal partnership in the crypto sector.
He further stated that both countries are committed to continuing bilateral cooperation for a secure, transparent, and advanced digital economy and to undertaking joint initiatives to promote blockchain and digital finance in Central and South Asia.
