Pakistan’s Accession Day, Global Conspiracies and the Decisive Role of Islamabad

The Hindu population in Punjab was only 29.1% and the Sikh population was 14.9%. But the Radcliffe formula of the partition of India was also rigged and manipulated.

The worst virus for this region and especially Kashmir is India. Its massacre of Kashmiris and state terrorism have once again opened up old wounds. Even today, the same deception and international conspiracies are visible. If Mountbatten and John Radcliffe had not sided with India through conspiracy and fraud, India could not have got a land route to Kashmir under the partition formula. According to the 1941 Census of India, the entire Punjab was becoming a part of Pakistan. Because 53.2% of its population was Muslim. The Hindu population in Punjab was only 29.1% and the Sikh population was 14.9%. But the Radcliffe formula of the partition of India was also rigged and manipulated. Instead of giving the entire Punjab to Pakistan, it was divided into its districts based on the proportion of population. Then this partition was also rigged and manipulated. According to the 1941 census, the Muslim population of Gurdaspur district in Punjab was 50.2%, the Hindu population was 25.9% and Sikh population was 18.8%. But instead of giving the entire district to Pakistan, only Shakargarh tehsil was given to Pakistan. In Jalandhar district, the Muslim population was 45.2%, Hindu 27.6% and Sikh 26.5%. But the entire district was given to India. In Ferozepur district, 45.1% Muslims, 19.6% Hindus and 33.7% Sikhs were the population. But instead of giving it to Pakistan, it was also given to India. Similarly, in Amritsar district, which had a Muslim population of 45.4%, Hindu 17.7% and Sikh 35.2%, this district was also given to India instead of Pakistan, contrary to the partition formula. Instead of giving the entire Punjab to Pakistan, it was divided on the basis of the population of the districts. Then, in the interests of India, areas were allocated to Pakistan based on tehsils. Gurdaspur district was not given to Pakistan. It was divided on the basis of the tehsils. According to the 1941 census, the Muslim population of Gurdaspur tehsil was 52.1%. But the entire tehsil was given to India. Similarly, the Muslim population of Batala tehsil was 55.6%, it was also given to India instead of Pakistan. Part of the Muslim-majority tehsil of Shakargarh was also given to India. In addition, the Muslim-majority tehsils of Lahore and Kasur were also cut off and given to India. Radcliffe did not give any non-Muslim majority areas to Pakistan, while he gave a number of Muslim-majority areas to India. These included Ferozepur tehsil (55.2% Muslim population), Zira tehsil (65.2% Muslim population), Ajnala tehsil (59.4% Muslim population), Jalandhar tehsil (51.1% Muslim population), and Nakodar tehsil (59.4% Muslim population). Pakistan did not file applications before the relevant international forums on this blatant injustice. Can Pakistan do so today after 70 years?

Thus, July 19 is celebrated every year as the day of Kashmir’s accession to Pakistan. Kashmir has been declared a disputed region in the Constitution of Pakistan. Pakistan has no claim on Kashmir. But India declares Kashmir as its integral part. On this day, the Kashmiri leadership in Srinagar decided to accede to Pakistan in 1947, about a month and a half before the formation of Pakistan. In the watershed area of Srinagar, which is located behind the Press Colony adjacent to Lal Chowk, the resolution of accession to Pakistan was passed at the house of the late Mujahid-e-Millat Sardar Muhammad Ibrahim Khan. It was a historic resolution. It was passed by the All Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference in an emergency convention. The convention was presided over by Chaudhry Hamidullah Khan. The resolution of accession to Pakistan was presented by Khawaja Ghulamuddin Wani and Abdul Rahim Wani. On this occasion, about five dozen Muslim Conference leaders were present in the convention. who arrived here from all over the state. The resolution said that since Kashmiris are connected to Pakistan religiously, geographically, culturally, economically and in terms of public sentiment, Kashmir’s accession to Pakistan is necessary. Even under the British formula of partition of the subcontinent, Kashmir’s accession to Pakistan is necessary on the basis of the two-nation theory because the majority population of the state is Muslim. But since Dogra Raja Hari Singh was the ruler of the state at that time. The state was fictitiously annexed to India under the conspiracy of Lord Mountbatten and Jawaharlal Nehru. Because all this was a forced deal with the announcement of the Radcliffe Award on August 16, 1947. Under the conspiracy, India was provided with a corridor in Kashmir. India had decided to land its troops in Kashmir in consultation with the British. When the first unit of the Indian army landed at the Srinagar airport on October 27, 1947. At that time, Kashmiris were resisting India. Radcliffe annexed the Muslim-majority Gurdaspur district to India under the Boundary Award. The aim was to provide India with a corridor to Kashmir. If Gurdaspur had not been given to India, India’s land connection with Kashmir would have been severed. Lady Mountbatten’s affair with Nehru appeared in the form of Indian occupation for the Kashmiris.
When Pakistan decided to retaliate against India’s military occupation on December 31, 1947, India approached the United Nations Security Council for a ceasefire. And appealed to it for intervention. A ceasefire was signed between the Pakistani and Indian armies on January 1, 1949.

This ceasefire was brokered by the United Nations. But the Security Council accepted the ceasefire after India’s assurance of holding a plebiscite in Kashmir. The Security Council passed Resolution 47 on April 21, 1948. In which a plebiscite was promised to the Kashmiris. Whether they would like to stay with Pakistan or with India. Later, the Indian rulers reneged on their promises from 1964 onwards. In 1965, they passed a resolution in their parliament declaring Jammu and Kashmir a province of India. This is the reason why the Indian rulers keep threatening to attack Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. The decision of the Kashmiris to join Pakistan on July 19, 1947 is still reflected in the occupied state. Even today, Kashmiris are waving the flag of Pakistan. They are burying their martyrs wrapped in the flag of Pakistan today. The relationship between Kashmiris and Pakistan is priceless. This is why Pakistan Accession Day is celebrated every year all over the world to reaffirm the strength of the relationship and bond between Pakistan and Kashmir. A renewed pledge is made that Kashmiris will continue their struggle for their freedom and against slavery from India. Pakistan is being urged not to show any negligence or weakness in the talks with India on Kashmir. It should not retreat. The government should stop apologizing. Previous governments of Pakistan have also been apologizing to Delhi. Which has caused great damage to the Kashmir cause. It has been shown that Kashmir is a bilateral issue between Pakistan and India or a border dispute. While the issue of Kashmir is still on the agenda of the Security Council. UN military observers are still monitoring the ceasefire line in Kashmir. India wants them to go here. For this, he is lobbying all over the world. But the need for their increase in number or the UN peacekeeping force is increasing with every passing day. Pakistan is an important party to the issue. Kashmiris do not have direct access to the Security Council or the United Nations. Nor have Kashmiris been given observer status. Azad Kashmir, which is called the base camp of the freedom movement. If the leadership here was serious, it would have at least obtained observer status in the United Nations. But unfortunately, there is always a tug of war for power here.
