Ishaq Dar underscores the govt’s desire in developing sound regulatory framework for crypto & blockchain mechanisms in Pakistan

Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held meeting with Changpeng Zhao and his team, which was also attended by CEO of Pakistan Crypto Council, Bilal bin Saqib and other government officials .
Ishaq Dar underscored the government’s desire in developing sound regulatory framework for crypto and blockchain mechanisms in Pakistan.
Changpeng Zhao expressed his strong commitment to addressing the challenge of out-of-school children through digital education platforms which was welcomed by Ishaq Dar and his team.
Ishaq Dar further highlighted the government’s focus on advancing pragmatic, forward-looking policies aimed at fostering a robust digital economy in Pakistan.
Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Foreign Minister of Kidgdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal Bin Farhan Al-Saud on Wednesday. The two leaders discussed issues of mutual interest and reaffirmed commitment to further strengthen existing fraternal ties between the two brotherly countries.
Meanwhile Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a phone call with Adviser for Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Md. Touhid Hossain. The two leaders exchanged Eid greetings, discussed areas of mutual interest, and reiterated their commitment for future engagements and cooperation.
Meanwhile Pakistan’s Ambassador-designate to Switzerland, Dr. Marghoob Saleem Butt, paid a farewell call on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar.
Ishaq Dar encouraged him to proactively engage in enhancing bilateral ties and strengthening economic and commercial relations. He emphasized the importance of working towards further deepening the existing friendly relations between the two countries.
