The Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued notices to 8 defendants regarding the creation of 10 alternative plots of one canal each on the Green Belt in Sector F11 of Islamabad by the Federal Development Agency (CDA). That if they do not appear at the next hearing, ex parte action will be taken. The court has directed the CDA officials to explain that if there is any mention of future use by CDA concerning the allotted land, what is meant by future use.
