Director of Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Ms. Bushra Naz Malik visited Muzaffarabad main branch yesterday. On this occasion she was introduced to the staff of the branch.   He inquired about the welfare of the staff , reviewed their professional activities and work related to banking services for customers. During the interaction with staff, she said that the financial institution established under the patronage of the Government of AJK is working within the limits of the prevailing banking rules and regulations and business standards of the State Bank of Pakistan under the vision of socio-economic  development of the state. She further said that improvement in customer services is at the top of the priorities of the Government, especially the Board of Directors. Branch staff can play a significant role in the progress of the bank by implementing the prevailing code of conduct for excellent customer service because paying special attention to the quality of customer service makes it possible to further develop the increasing trust of customers with each passing time. She said that the trust and confidence of the customers on the BAJK is playing a key role in making the institution highly organized and strong. “The way in which this institution is progressing and its profits, assets, deposits, home remittances are increasing, this proves that  very soon this bank will be ranked among the most successful banks in the region. President/CEO Khawar Saeed also accompanied him on this visit.
