Zong has inducted more than 40 new graduates in its specifically designed Graduate Trainee programme (GTP) for young professional’s right out of universities. The programme is unique in the industry and is designed to provide a strong learning platform for fresh students from diverse fields such as, engineering, business, marketing, finance and information technology.
The overall program, spanning 1 to 2 years is designed to provide maximum exposure to jump start the careers of these youngsters with a solid base of telecommunication knowledge coupled with management expertise.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Maham Dard, official Spokesman and Director Corporate Affairs for Zong said “We are delighted in welcoming these young colleagues to work with us in order to make our company a more diverse organization with fresh ideas. We want to make this a strong platform and attract the best talent.
