Telecoalert has conducted servey after the zong announcement shown interest to perform trial runs of 5G technology in Pakistan during a high level meeting in Islamabad,
Secretary General International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Houlin Zhao visited the headquarters of Zong along with Pakistan Telecommunicatio
The delegation was briefed about various initiatives taken by Zong to boost the telecom sector in Pakistan.
Besides the meeting and briefing Customer are not satisfied with Zong current services of 3 G and 4G.
Customer shared his experience from jail road and surrounding area of Lahore 3G AND 4 G zong service as per customers views during survey the Service is going down day by day ,how PTA will be allow to test run of 5G . All walks of life fed-up with Zong 4G services in Lahore students business communities and home user are not satisfy with it.
PTA have to take action against Zong 4G service instead appreciated zong presentation,
Zong is only doing due to the merger of competition without any homework.
