Here is PTCL consumer’s point of view . We are posting with out any change. We welcome Company response. Admin
Dear Sir,

The Officials in the PTCL have been fleecing its customers via the art of Disguising fail services into something eminent and falsely applauding the product without its legitimate performance.
Reportedly PTCL said that its Charji Wifi services in Metro busses and Smart TV application have been nominated for forthcoming GSMA awards, Apparently Charji wifi coverage in the metro Busses have been deteriorating rapidly from the past year in fact the service was unavailable after 2-3 months of its commencement and yet PTCL has been promoting this service and deluding the end users without the product’s actual performance prior to use. From the past 2 years PTCL’s marketing performance has been crumbling under the corrupt leadership of marketing department.
I have been constantly sharing my precocious thoughts as a loyal customer of PTCL via email communication to its shareholders however I have concluded that I will be sharing my experience and legitimate observations with the adept management of PTCL and its board so I would appreciate if you can explain the provision of charji wifi services in metro busses after a statutory analysis.
Now let’s ponder upon your smart TV, firstly it has been concluded as a highly awful service of entertainment in the country whereas such a product which has surpassed the legal and law roots all the way since its early inception would have been a sublime and tremendous feature of PTCL in today’s world of technology if it wasn’t for such poor marketing strategies and product positioning by the designated teams, For what we hear from our media associates is that PTCL officials are also indulged in Bribery and favouritism to channel owners who wants to place their channels on IPTV. Whenever a new channel enters the market GM IPTV massively humiliates them and purposely delays the whole process of registering the channel on IPTV in order to reach the point where the channel is forced to Offer bribe to the GM of PTCL. It’s unnecessary for me to entail the whole country wide experience ascribed to the end customers who indulge in using PTCL’s Smart TV, furthermore when a customer is forced to face a dilemma regarding the service He has to wait for weeks and months before the customer care representative comes up with an evading assessment to the customer that Your Problem has been resolved but the problem still persists. In the end I would like to conclude that rather than advertising and endorsing about nomination in some awards PTCL should focus upon its customer relations and revamp its services so that optimum satisfaction can be yield by the end user which will not only improve PTCL’s performance but will also lead to the customer’s heart and that’s a much bigger win than winning any kind of award.
