ZONG postpaid customers are facing a tough time


Zong postpaid customers are facing a tough time at the hands of company by experiencing a ‘short of funds’ message despite having credit in their accounts.

According to details, hundreds of Zong postpaid customers from Lahore reported that they are unable to make calls on other networks despite having a considerable credit in their accounts.

While making a call, Zong customers hear an IVR that says, “Your balance is not enough for making this call”.

An official of Zong confirmed that although their postpaid customers are not short of balance but they are facing the short of funds problem due a system problem.

The official confirmed that it is technical glich and customers are being asked to pay more for opening their outgoing call facility.
