It was expected from last three month and its happened last week. Mr kammran ali member Law in Ministry of Information technology and Telecom resigned from his post. Even he did not accept Minister of State advice to stay till post advertised.
The high power source in Ministry reveal that member law have different with Minister of State on some issue. Ministry did not take him in confidence to issue letter for new LDI License which was suspended by Sindh high court.
Ministry send summary to extend tenure of member law but it is rejected and order ministry to advertise the post. Mr Kammran ali may apply for this post but Mr Kammran ali refuse to accept offer and leave charge as member law.
