Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) has inaugurated a revamped and redesigned One Stop Shop (OSS) in Peshawar. As part of the company’s customer first initiative for serving millions of its customers, PTCL is taking numerous steps including revamping of company’s One Stop Shop (OSS) all across the country, which offer one window operations to facilitate the valued customers.
Kamran Malik, PTCL Executive Vice President (EVP), Customer Care while inaugurating the One Stop Shop (OSS) said, “At PTCL, we are continuously working towards building a unique customer experience, an experience that customers feel proud to share with each other. For us, our most important stakeholder is our customers and we are committed to serve their needs and requirements”.
The strategically placed 191 One-Stop Shops (OSS) of PTCL are the public face of the company, which facilitate the customers by offering them quality products and services in bills collection, fault rectification, new service requests, duplicate bills, billing installments all under one roof.

Also present at the occasion were Idrees Khatak, PTCL Regional General Manager, Peshawar; Naeem Siddiqui, PTCL General Manager, Customer Care and Jawad Saleem, PTCL General Manager, Consumer Sales North.
