PTCL inaugurates Islamabad One-Stop Shop with a new look

 

ISLAMABAD (PAKISTAN)

 

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has inaugurated a revamped and remodeled PTCL Islamabad F-7/2 One Stop Shop (OSS), as part of its new “Customer First” campaign, which focuses on building an enhanced customer care experience.

 

“At PTCL, our customers always come first,” said Senior Executive Vice President Commercial, Naveed Saeed, while addressing the inauguration ceremony. “With the start of the New Year, we want our valuable customers to just walk into our new centers and experience the best customer care. This is not just a promise; it is a commitment by PTCL.”

 

The inauguration ceremony was attended by PTCL’s senior executives as well as the OSS staff attired in their smart new uniforms.

 

Established in 2008, the PTCL Islamabad F-7/2 OSS is the first pilot of a project covering 19 outlets, which will be remodeled in various cities and towns to provide enhanced customer service solutions.

 

Widely recognized as the Company’s public face, PTCL’s nation-wide 133 One-Stop Shops are facilitating customers in billing adjustments, fault rectification, new service requests, duplicate bills, billing installments and payments all under one roof. Equipped with latest products and services, these outlets are offering one window operations in strategic locations spread all over the country to reach every customer.

 

“We want to create a comfortable professional atmosphere in our shops where customers are quickly helped to choose what best fits their needs,” said Executive Vice President Customer Care, Kamran Malik, adding that PTCL is investing heavily in innovative service offerings and quality customer convenience solutions.
