VMware Sharpens announced the appointment of Venkatesh Murali as Head of Channels

Prior to joining VMware, Venkatesh was Head of Software Defined Infrastructure, Central Asia Pacific for Lenovo Enterprise Solutions, where he led the Software Defined Solutions & Data center sales strategy for governments, corporations, and small and medium businesses across the region.He also built and led the customer advisory team for Enterprise Solutions while Head of Global Computing and Networking Solutions at Dell Global BV. He joins a strong stable of VMware Channel and Partner leaders for the wider region that includes Fan Qu, director, Partner Business, Southeast Asia and Korea, as well as Uma Thana Balasingamvice president and channel chief, Asia Pacific and Japan.
