All the terrorists who attacked Cadet College Wana have been killed. According to security sources, four terrorists were eliminated during a successful operation, while one was a suicide bomber. The college building is being cleared due to the risk of planted explosives. During the successful operation, no cadet or teacher of the college was harmed.
Security sources said that at the time of the attack, about 650 people, including 525 cadets, were present in the college. The operation was conducted with extreme caution and planning to ensure the safety of the cadets’ lives.
Sources further stated that the previous day, Afghan terrorists rammed an explosive-laden vehicle into the main gate of the college, causing a blast that destroyed the gate and damaged nearby buildings.
