Israel’s war on Gaza has killed at least 61,599 people, wounded 154,088

Israeli forces killed at least 24 Palestinians across Gaza since dawn, including five children and five aid seekers, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society and medical sources speaking to media persons.

Protests have continued around the world against Israel’s targeted assassination of four Al Jazeera journalists and two freelancers in Gaza.

A Hamas delegation has arrived in Egypt for more talks on securing a ceasefire deal, even as Israel pushes ahead with its plan to seize Gaza City, forcibly displace close to 1 million Palestinians and push them towards concentration zones further south.

Israel’s war on Gaza has killed at least 61,599 people and wounded 154,088. An estimated 1,139 people were killed in Israel during the October 7, 2023, attacks, and more than 200 were taken captive.
