A two-day Bano Qabil National Training Workshop was organized in Lahore under the auspices of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan.

The workshop was attended by regional and district representatives of the Bano Qabil program from across the country, along with trainers, education experts, and members of the coordination team. The objective of the workshop was to expand the program’s scope, enhance its quality, and systematically advance its operations in areas such as academics, branding, job placements, monitoring and evaluation, and volunteer management.

Addressing the closing session, Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan and Bano Qabil Pakistan’s Patron-in-Chief, Hafiz Naeemur Rehman, said, “Bano Qabil has become the largest IT skills development program in Pakistan. Through it, we are equipping youth with modern skills, leading them towards self-reliance and respectable employment. Our mission is to spread this revolution to every district and city, making the youth the foundation of a skilled Pakistan.”

President of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, Professor Dr. Hafeezur Rehman, said, “Bano Qabil is not just an educational program—it is instilling a new sense of confidence among the youth of Pakistan. We are fully prepared to expand this program to every tehsil, and we will continue our collective efforts to ensure its success.”

During the two-day workshop, various sessions were held on different topics. Key speakers included Alkhidmat’s Secretary General Syed Waqas Jafri, Bano Qabil CEO Shahid Iqbal, Director Umair Idrees, Web Portal Operations Coordinator Raja Haris, trainer Farooq Kamalani, and other officials. In addition, regional teams presented performance reports and shared suggestions for further improvement of the program.

Under the Bano Qabil program, 28 advanced IT courses are being offered, tailored to meet the demands of the international market. These include courses in digital marketing, graphic designing, web development, app development, 3D animation, e-commerce, cloud computing, video editing, and other high-demand IT skills. At the end of the workshop, all participants were awarded certificates of appreciation.
