BOP Holds an Interactive Session on BOP Khaas – Roshan Digital Account and Ease of Access at Dubai Expo 2020

An interactive session on products and services offered for its customers was organized by The Bank of Punjab (BOP) at Pakistan Pavilion, Dubai Expo 2020. The session was attended by a large number of overseas Pakistanis residing in UAE.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Zahid Mustafa (Group Chief – Consumer & Digital Banking Group) highlighted how BOP looks at various customer segments differently and is offering customized proposition as per their individual needs. Launch of BOP Khaas segment for affluent customers is also part of realization of this concept. Amongst other existing features, BOP Khaas customers are being managed by dedicated Relationship Managers who provide tailored financial advice to customers. We will soon be coming up with focused segments for women, senior citizens etc. as well. This perfectly aligns without motto #HarFardKaKhayal.
Mr. Farrukh Majeed (Head Home Remittance – BOP) demonstrated the features of BOP’s Roshan Digital Account (RDA) and how overseas Pakistanis are using it to fulfill their financial needs. Also speaking on the occasion, Mr. Salman Shah (Head Retail Finance Division – BOP) explained the features of Roshan Apna Ghar and Roshan Apni Car products which are specially designed to help overseas Pakistanis avail local financing facilities using a hassle-free process.
Mr. Rai Usman Mujahid (Head of Customer – BOP) told those present how the BOP Khaas proposition has been developed with needs and expectations of customers in mind. BOP Khaas is packed with exciting features such as dedicated lounges, relationship management, preferential services at branches & contact center, discounted financing rates and fee waivers. Mr. Kalim Siddiqui (CEO Kalim Siddiqui & Associates) shared that all BOP Khaas lounges and premises are being designed with Pakistan’s vibrant and unique culture in mind.
Also speaking on the occasion, Mr. Asim Hafeez Qureshi (Head Cards – BOP) shared that BOP has launched a unique vertical debit card for its Khaas customers. The debit card comes with a host of exciting discount alliances that can be availed securely and with peace of mind. Mr. Atyab Tahir (Country Manager – Mastercard) told how Mastercard and BOP are working together to bring unique and state of the art products for customers both at home and abroad.
