Distinguished speakers from Pakistan and China highlighted the importance of the Belt and Road Initiative where Zhejiang is playing a constructive role through its various important substantial trade and development
projects. Speakers said that CPEC is the crown of BRI building lasting partnerships between Pakistan and the world through the Belt and Road network of trade and business. These were the remarks of the speakers during the webinar hosted by the Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies and In Zhejiang, a media and publishing company from Zhejiang on “Regional Integration and Mutual Prosperity: Zhejiang and BRI”. The distinguished speakers were Ms. Farhat Asif, Founder President, Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies, Ms. Ke Ye, Executive Editor of In Zhejiang, Wang Chao, General Secretary of Zhejiang Private Economy Research Center, Prof. Dr. Zahid Anwar, Director of China Study Center at the University of Peshawar, Pakistan, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Chawla, and Zhu Xihu, a postdoctoral researcher from the China Academy of West Region Development of Zhejiang University.
