A three-day ‘Youth Carnival’ started at the IST

 A three-day ‘Youth Carnival’ started at the Institute of Space Technology (IST) here on Thursday. It is one of the largest events nationwide featuring about 60 segments with the participation of more than 50 universities from all over Pakistan.

The carnival features a diverse blend of events providing means of interest to a wide variety of aptitudes. The students are called upon to display their, oratory, planning, artistic and cognitive skills while taking part in various competitions. Such an activity of getting to know people from various parts of the country generates a broader vision and tolerance towards others.

Fida Hussain, director general of Academics, Higher Education Commission (HEC) graced the occasion as chief guest.
