Teradata Corporation (NYSE: TDC), the leading analytic data platforms, applications and services company, announced that nominations for the 12th Teradata National IT Excellence Awards are being accepted until February 14, 2014. Nominations will be received for the period January 2013-December 2013.
The National IT Excellence Awards, sponsored by Teradata, have been designed to acknowledge the outstanding achievements of individuals in Pakistan’s information technology (IT) sector. Winners will be recognized at a gala event to be held in March in Karachi.
“We look forward to recognizing those individuals who have made the greatest contributions to the Pakistan IT community – we are looking for the best of the best,” said Khuram Rahat, managing director, Teradata Pakistan. “We launched the program in 1997 as part of Pakistan’s Golden Jubilee to recognize professionals in the IT industry. We are pleased that the program has continued to grow ever since.”
To maintain neutrality and transparency in the nomination and evaluation process, Teradata has engaged KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co. as an independent auditor.
